CREDIT UNION NETWORK CHECK

Can your team
practice here?

A guided test of roadmaps, AI replies, reports, media and live role-play—from the workstation your team actually uses.

Before you begin

Run this with your IT team’s permission, using a normal employee account and branch network. Use fictional information only. Live voice sends microphone audio to OpenAI. The optional recording check sends a short clip to this site and returns it without saving it.

Set up this test

The report contains technical results only—no audio, transcript, access code, SDP or IP addresses. Download it and share it with Alex or your IT reviewer.

01 · WEBSITE & ROADMAPS

Load, send and receive

Check this site’s API, a fictional roadmap, a roughly 68 KB upload and a first-party cookie. These are transport checks; they do not test a production database or employee login.

Not run
02 · FULL PROGRAM DATA & REPORTS

Load the other parts of the program

Send and return a fictional branch-results CSV over HTTPS. Fetch a sample CEO PDF, check browser storage and request a slice of the sample video. No records are saved on the server.

03 · SERVER AI

Receive a real coaching reply

Run one fixed fictional coaching prompt through this site’s server and OpenAI. This tests the HTTPS request/response used by text guidance, feedback and summaries. It does not test the final FI knowledge base or grading accuracy.

Not run
04 · ROADMAP REFRESHERS

Play and seek a short video

Press Play, move the playback position, and confirm you see the moving test picture and hear a tone. This synthetic clip uses the platform’s own domain, our starting plan for FI’s approved refreshers. Test FI’s actual files before launch; any different host needs another network check.

Not played

Existing FI refresher links are in the Full Program. A new video platform, production of videos and Paul’s cloned voice are not included.

05 · YOUR HEADSET

Hear and be heard

Play a short tone, then allow the microphone. Watch the meter while saying “This is a fictional training test.” This local microphone check does not upload audio.

Not run
06 · LIVE ROLE-PLAY

Have a real back-and-forth

Start a fictional member conversation. Ask “What brought you in today?” and follow up naturally. Practice for three minutes, interrupt once, then stop and reconnect. Sessions stop automatically after five minutes.

Not run

This uses the demo’s real WebRTC connection to OpenAI. A loaded page alone does not prove voice works. No TURN relay is configured in this test.

07 · OPTIONAL HTTPS AUDIO CHECK

Test the fallback transport

Record five seconds of fictional speech. The site uploads the clip over HTTPS and returns it for playback. This tests audio upload/download through your web proxy. It is not an AI conversation and does not prove a full voice fallback works.

Not run
08 · SHARE THE RESULT

Give IT something concrete

Complete all required checks, including three minutes of live conversation, before exporting. Untested items stay untested. A successful test applies to this device, browser and network at this time. Other branches and VDI/VPN paths need their own test.

What this covers—and what comes next

This pilot exercises the planned Full Program’s main network paths. It does not certify a completed application. Production login, user permissions, database storage, FI call ingestion, actual FI video files and concurrent-user capacity still need verification.
